Q: How is the mobile hung? A: The mobile is a light piece that comes with a fine cord included for hanging. Additionally, extra length is provided for you to adjust the height according to your preference.
Q: Is assembly required? A: The mobile comes semi-assembled and includes an easy-to-follow schema for assembly. It's a breeze to put together!
Q: What materials are used in the construction? A: We use high-quality materials including 185/220 gr card-stock for the main body, 1.5mm - 2mm metal wires for the arch structure, and stainless steel wire for durability.
Q: What are the dimensions of the mobile? A: The mobile measures 40cm wide x 60cm long, with additional length provided for hanging. Please note that as each mobile is handmade, slight variations to the images may occur.
Q: How is the mobile packaged? A: We take great care in packaging our mobiles. Each mobile is carefully wrapped with silk paper and placed in a specially designed cardboard box (2cm x 24cm x 16cm), which is recyclable.
Q: How should I care for my mobile? A: To maintain the quality of your mobile, avoid exposure to water and keep it indoors. Please note that card-stock may change color over time or with intense sun exposure.
